"A detailed analysis of the Community export transactions has revealed with regard to one Chinese exporting producer a pattern of export prices that differed significantly among purchasers and regions, as well as time periods. In particular it was found that export prices by the exporting producer to Demark, to a specific importer, and at the end of the investigation period were substantially lower. Moreover, the average-to-average method would not have reflected the full degree of dumping practiced by this exporting producer. The calculation of the margin of dumping for this exporting producer has consequently been based on a weighted average normal value compared to all individual export transactions to the Community……" - 在进一步分析出口到欧共体的交易中，发现一家出口企业的出口方式在客户、地区、时间段中有很大的差异，特别是在接近调查期后一段的时间卖向丹麦的进口商价格非常得低。采用平均比平均的计算方式将不能够充分体现该出口商实施的整个먹튀 사이트 검증，因此，计算方式依据平均正常值价格比较每一笔出口到欧共体市场的出口交易。
