Yong-Cheng Shi, professor of grain science and industry, will make a public presentation titled "Modifying starches, flours, and grains for nutritional and functional properties"at 2:30 p.m. Thursday,Nov. 30, in the Leadership Studies Building Town Hall, Room 114.
