'Mindful Communication for Supervisors' offered June 15

"Mindful Communication for Supervisors" will be offered from 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, June 15, in the 1xbet sports betting Alumni Center Purple Pride Conference Room.
This session will provide participants insight into their own communication styles and anxieties. Participation will help supervisors understand how verbal and nonverbal communication can help to create more mindful, effective messages to employees.
This session will help participants:
- Recognize the importance of effective communication including nonverbal communication.
- Identify your current communication style and its impact on others.
- Apply techniques and strategies to become more skilled in interpersonal communication.
You must be a current supervisor of university support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the1xbet sports betting Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisorycertificate program. Seating is limited.
