Kansas Board of Regents September meeting agenda items

The Kansas Board of Regents will meet Sept. 15 and 16 at the Curtis State Office Building in Topeka. Alivestreamwill be available for individuals to listen remotely.

Amendments include increasing parental leave from six to eight weeks for primary caregivers and from three weeks to four weeks for secondary caregivers and extending eligibility to foster parents. Parental leave would also be available for use 30 days in advance of the qualifying event for FMLA qualifying events.
