- Skills for Resilience: Pursuing the Positive,4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7.
Health educator Chris Bowman from Lafene Health Center will present ways to create positive emotions and counter negativity bias. This presentation is aimed to help build optimism, which can lead to better health, sleep and greater life satisfaction.
- Resolving Conflict,3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Conflict happens in every relationship, even among members of your student organization. Dealt with properly, conflict can be positive and help to build stronger relationships. This session will equip you with insights, techniques, and skills critical for successfully resolving conflicts with others. This session will be facilitated by special guest David Thompson, conflict resolution program director, College of Health and Human Sciences.

- Understanding and Leveraging Your Strengths,4-5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Understanding your strengths can help you gain confidence in who you are and how you can contribute to the world. In this workshop, we will take a look at the CliftonStrengths program and participate in activities to help you learn how to leverage your strengths individually and in groups.
