This workshop is the second of five workshops throughout the month of October in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Participants will learn about the complications that come with the advancement of technology as it relates to interpersonal violence, or IPV. IPV and stalking cases have spiked since the start of COVID-19. Participants will gain an increased understanding of the complex and potentially dangerous factors of online use that contribute to IPV. Focus will be placed on how to recognize online abuse and violence, and ways to intervene.
