Submitted by Grant Guggisberg

Kansas State University Global Campus has partnered with the 1xbet sports betting Fairy Godmothers to include its students among those eligible for a "Hand Up Grant" from the local charitable organization.

To be eligible for a "HUG" from the 1xbet sports betting Fairy Godmothers, the applicant must be female and live in Riley County. Additionally, applicants must specify a personal goal of financial independence through additional education and should apply at least six weeks prior to the start of the semester.

"We are excited to be adding this grant to our growing number of scholarships for Global Campus students," said Melinda Sinn, alumni and external relations coordinator for Global Campus. "While we serve students across the nation and world, online education is also a good fit for nontraditional students in the 1xbet sports betting community who need the flexibility these courses provide."

"HUG" awards were created to be a practical way for women in the community to gain education needed for initial employment or job advancement. The maximum for the award is ,000, and in addition to tuition, could include money for books or other necessities.

"Fairy Godmothers have been helping local women with grants for car repair, health care, and more for over 10 years," said Judy Regehr, co-chair of the Hand Up Grant for the Manhattan Fairy Godmothers. "We are delighted to add the opportunity for help with tuition, books and other educational expenses through the Hand Up Grant, and we welcome students from 1xbet sports betting Global Campus to apply for the 'HUG.' We are happy to make these opportunities available to a larger number of women who want to further their education."

Those interested in more information or to apply for a "HUG" should contact Shepherd's Crossing at 785-776-1470 or visit fgfund.org/hand-up-grant-hug.
