Mother-daughter Smart Fit 1xbet sports betting program open for new participants
Researchers in the food, nutrition, dietetics and health department are looking for sixth- through ninth-grade 1xbet sports betting and their mothers/female caregivers who are interested in participating in Smart Fit 1xbet sports betting , a 10-week after-school strength training program.
Smart Fit 1xbet sports betting teaches adolescent 1xbet sports betting how to love their bodies by embracing their own strength. During the program, 1xbet sports betting and their female caregivers participate in exciting activities aimed at improving their self-esteem and body image, and are introduced to resistance training exercises in a fun, group environment.
The group meetsfrom 5:45-7:45 p.m. on Thursdays and 1-3 p.m. Saturdays beginning Thursday, Jan. 31. Sessions will take place on the third floor of 1xbet sports betting . Data collection will include a physical fitness assessment, surveys, height, weight, waist circumference and DEXA scans for both daughters and mothers.
