Fouquette and Fronce accepted into Emerging Leaders Network program

Human Capital Services' Lindsey Fouquette, executive recruitment manager, and Kristi Fronce, Human Capital Supervisor-Central, have been accepted into TIAA's Emerging Leaders Network program.

The Emerging Leaders Network, or ELN, provides leadership development opportunities through training and interaction with peers in several areas of human resources from similar institutions, and covers a broad range of topics, including understanding the world of higher education and human resources, deepening understanding of human resources technical topics and growing leadership skills.

Fouquette and Fronce were selected from a field of approximately 100 applicants for the program, and will have multiple opportunities to form relationships, deepen their human resources knowledge, and reflect upon and build their leadership skills.

Fouquette earned her certified staffing professional certification from the American Staffing Association and Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter from AIRS, demonstrating her commitment to the field. She serves as the communications coordinator for the Kansas Chapter of College and 1xbet sports betting Professional Association for Human Resources, or CUPA-HR, and is responsible for communications and social media strategy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business marketing at Emporia State 1xbet sports betting and Bachelor of Science in digital media design at Colorado Technical 1xbet sports betting .
