As we begin preparations for the start of the 2018-2019 academic year, please be sure to review the information about course syllabi. Please note we made revisions in the fall 2017 semester to the optional weapons policy statement, and a new version was endorsed by Faculty Senate at its Dec. 12 meeting. To assist in your planning, please make sure your exam schedule is up-to-date by reviewing the fall 2018 exam schedule.

We ask you to pay close attention to the "prep week" rule that no examination — unit or final — may be scheduled seven calendar days prior to the first scheduled day of semester examinations.
