Roberta Maldonado Franzen, director of talent solutions for Human Capital Services, presented at the College and 1xbet online sports betting Professional Association for Human Resources, or CUPA-HR, Spring Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Maldonado Franzen presented on the topic "Laying the Foundation for a Diverse and Inclusive Workforce." In her session she shared her experience andinvolvement in the recruitment of a highly talented, diverse workforce as well as promotion of a welcoming and inclusive environment.She is a certified diversity and inclusion recruiter and shared her knowledge on how to actively source diverse candidates through organizations, universities, companies and social networking.
