A group of ecosystem ecologists and paleoecologists will gather at K-State's Konza Prairie Biological Station for the PROBE 1xbet sports betting today through Saturday.
Twenty-four researchers from six nations are participating in the workshop. PROBE stands for Paleo Reconstructions of Biogeochemical Environments. The workshop goals are to investigate ecosystem response to disturbances such as fire, beetle outbreaks, windstorms, and drought across timescales from a few years to several thousand years. Funding for the workshop was provided by the National Science Foundation to Kendra McLauchlan, assistant professor of geography, and Phil Higuera at the 1xbet sports betting of Idaho.
