Important Fair Labor Standards Act changes and 1xbet sports betting information

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued new salary requirements that all employers must follow in determining which positions have eligibility for the Fair Labor Standards Act, or FLSA, exemption from overtime.

The exemption from overtime eligibility has been based, in part, on a current minimum salary of ,660 per year — or 5 per week. Effective Dec. 1, this salary level will be increased to ,476 — or 3 per week. To participate in the Zoom session, please enroll through Employee Self Service in HRIS. Zoom details will be emailed to participants after enrollment is completed in HRIS.
