Swanson publishes in Handbook of Integrated CSR Communication
Professor of managementDiane Swanson'sco-authored chapter, "Toward a Conceptual Integration of Corporate Social and Financial Performance," will be published in the Handbook of Integrated CSR Communication by Springer International in 2016. This handbook is part of Springer's Series in CSR, Sustainability, and Governance.
Swanson'schapter considers her model of executive leadership capable of directing a firm to assess and respond to stakeholder expectations — in terms of the empirical evidence that responsible corporate social performance can pay for firms financially.
