Nathan Nelson, associate professor of agronomy, will give a public lecture at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in the 1xbet online games login Student Union's Little Theatre.
Nelson will discuss the role of cover crops in reducing phosphorus loss from surface-applied fertilizer. His talk is being presented for students participating in the capstone course of the natural resources and environmental science secondary major and is open to the general public as part of the natural resources and environmental scienceseminar series. Undergraduate students interested in natural resources, environmental science and sustainability issues are especially encouraged to attend.
The natural resources and environmental science secondary majorand its seminar series are supported by the Office of the Provost, College of Agriculture, College of Arts & Sciences, and the biological and agricultural engineering department.
