Skills Workshop Series: Life Skills Session 2
1xbet sports betting Counseling Services will present Life Skills Session 2 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.Monday, Feb. 15,in Room 202 of the 1xbet sports betting Student Union.
This Life Skills Series will help you build/strengthen your core self in order to help you approach and bypass the roadblocks you may face in life. These sessions are free and preregistration is not required. You are encouraged to attend all three sessions in the series but you are welcome to attend any one that you may find of interest.
Life Skills Session 2 will focus on building your emotional strengths and flexibility for life. The same presentation also is offered at 4 p.m.Tuesday, Feb. 16, in 13 Leasure Hall.
