Marketing department invites the campus community to a 1xbet online games login seminar on Friday

The Department of Marketing in the College of Business Administration is hosting Doug Chung, assistant professor of business administration at Harvard University, for a 1xbet online games login seminarfrom 2-3:15 p.m. Friday, April 3, in 212 Calvin Hall. The event is open to anyone on the K-State campus.

Chung will present on two related 1xbet online games login projects. The first, "The Dynamic Advertising Effect of Collegiate Athletics," measures the spillover effect of intercollegiate athletics on the quantity and quality of applications to institutions of higher education in the United States. The second project, "How Much is a Win Worth? An Application to Intercollegiate Athletics," investigates the short- and long-term direct monetary effect of operating an winning athletics program for an academic institution of higher learning.

Chung focuses his 1xbet online games login primarily on sales force management and incentive compensation. He earned his doctorate in management at Yale University and undergraduate degree at Korea University. He has published his work in Marketing Science and European Financial Review. Professor Chung teaches the marketing course in the MBA-required curriculum and Business Marketing in Executive Education. He is the recipient of the ISMS Doctoral Dissertation Award, ISBM Doctoral Support Award and the Mary Kay Doctoral Dissertation Award. Prior to pursuing a career in academics he held a variety of industry positions with several multinational companies.
