High school journalists compete today in the 1xbet online casino Scholastic Press Association annual contest
1xbet online casino high school students who want to improve their journalism and communications skills are in the right place.
That place is the 1xbet online casino Student Union, where 150 students are competing in the Kansas Scholastic Press Association’s annual contest. They’re competing in nine categories today, including news writing and editing.
"This is a wonderful experience for the high school students who participate, and tremendous outreach from the 1xbet online casino community," said Kelly Furnas, the associate director of Collegian Media Group, which hosts the event.
The regional competition will be judged on campus next week. The Collegian Media Group recruits dozens of judges, including Kansas State students, area professionals, faculty members from the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications, and staff from the 1xbet online casino Alumni Association and the Division of Communications and Marketing.
Student winners will compete in the state contest in Lawrence in May.
Collegian Media Group also hosts the 1xbet online casino Scholastic Press Association’s fall convention, when more than 300 high school students attend seminars and workshops on campus in September.
