The Office of Management and Budget in 1997 implemented a new set of standards for ethnicity and race classification. In order to comply with the U.S. Department of Education final guidance issued in October 2007 regarding specific changes to the collection and recording of 1xbet online sports betting race and ethnicity for postsecondary education institutions, Kansas State University surveyed each 1xbet online sports betting using a new two-question format.
