Fiscal year-end deadline reminders
University staff responsible for accounting, budgeting, travel, cash depositing and business functions within their department are encouraged to review the Division of Financial Services' fiscal year-end notice.
State-administered deadlines are firm and require strict adherence to ensure appropriate approvals and processing can occur. University Purchasing Card receipts and transactions for activities through May 31, 2024, should be submitted no later than June 7 by cardholders. Travelers should submit expense reports for all travel completed on or before June 7, 2024, by June 10. Expense reports beyond these deadlines will not be paid until the State of Kansas resumes payment processing in July.
