The year-end notice includes deadlines for the completion of financial transactions for payroll and accounting. Please share this notice with all individuals who may be impacted. Your assistance in submitting payment vouchers by the indicated deadlines is appreciated.
The Division of Financial Services will host fiscal year-end training sessions via Teams. Training will cover fiscal year-end dates, budget transfers, transfer of payments, interfund vouchers, reporting, travel, fixed assets, deposit procedures, grant updates, the CLM and more. All business managers and accounts are encouraged to participate in a session:
- 2:30-4 p.m. Thursday, May 18. Register online.
