Still time to register for Kansas computing conference May 29-30

If Wednesday-Thursday, May 29-30, is open on your calendar, you can still attend the 2013 Conference on Higher Education Computing in Kansas, or CHECK, at Pittsburg. The eventis open to everyone in higher education and provides 21 sessions covering new technologies, issues and IT services.See the conference's website for details.1xbet sports betting

The registration fee includes all sessions, three meals, vendor exhibits and networking opportunitiesduring the day-and-a-half conference. The school was rebuilt in a converted big-box store facility during the aftermath ofa catastrophic tornado that hit Missouri in 2011.

Five K-Staters from the Information Technology Assistance Center are presenting at the conference. Joshua Gibson andEric Dover will cover "Marketing your Campus to the New Generation — Implementing a Digital Sign Solution." Loren Wilson andMiriam Clark will present "Business Intelligence Initiative at K-State." Shalin Hai-Jew will present "Maltego Radium: Mapping Network Ties and Identities across the Internet."
