S.A.F.E. 1xbet sports betting Advanced Workshop: Understanding LGBTQ History
The S.A.F.E. 1xbet sports betting program, in the Department of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs, invites faculty, staff and community members to take part in the S.A.F.E. 1xbet sports betting Advanced Workshop on Understanding LGBTQ History from noon to 1 p.m. on Oct. 6 via Zoom.
For the workshop, S.A.F.E. 1xbet sports betting has paired up with its partners in the LGBT Resource Center to offer content for faculty, staff, students and community members who wish to learn more about the history of LGBTQ communities in the United States. The workshop will review the historical significance of LGBTQ communities, from the Harlem Renaissance and landmark events that have advanced the equity and resilience of minority sexualities and gender identities. The access link will be sent out to those registered for the S.A.F.E. 1xbet sports betting before the event.
S.A.F.E. Zone continues to be part of Kansas State University's efforts to create an open and affirming campus since the 1970s. S.A.F.E. Zone was created to help those facing sexual orientation discrimination. Revitalization of the initiative in 2002 created a more comprehensive and ever-evolving Safe Zone effort to fit the needs of current 1xbet sports betting community members. Allies become educated to help those coming from a variety of backgrounds and identities with needs concerning exclusionary acts like intimidation, micro and macro aggressions, discrimination, LGBTQ-related concerns, or sexual violence.
