Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit will be offeredfrom 8 a.m. to noonThursday, Oct. 20, in the 1xbet sports betting Alumni Center Banquet Room C.
Enhance your confidence in managing conflict within your department/unit by building your toolkit geared toward your supervisory role in responding to challenging situations that naturally occur within the workplace.
The session will help participants:
- Address employee workplace concerns to build a healthy work environment.
- Combine ideas and techniques to cultivate civility in the workplace.
- Access tips and tools to work through difficult conversations.
- Acquire the conflict resolution resources to directly assist with workplace disputes.
You must be a current supervisor of 1xbet sports betting support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the 1xbet sports betting Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory certificate program. Seating is limited.
