Three new staff members —Emma McElhaney Parsley,Bekkah Landoll andNatasha Taylor — have joined the Human Capital Services talent acquisition and compensation and organizational effectiveness teams.

In June, McElhaney Parsley transitioned from the talent acquisition and compensation coordinator role in HCS to a compensation analyst. McElhaney Parsley holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the 1xbet online casino of Kansas and has worked at Kansas State 1xbet online casino for more than four years. Before joining HCS, she worked in the agronomy department and at UFM Community Learning Center. She is excited to utilize her knowledge of K-State and compensation processes in this new role.

Landoll joined HCS as a compensation analyst last month. Landoll holds a bachelor's degree in history from Oklahoma State 1xbet online casino and has eight years of human resources and workforce development experience, all within the public sector including county government and higher education. Most recently, Landoll worked at Wichita State 1xbet online casino and has joined the compensation team remotely. Both McElhaney Parsley and Landoll will serve customers by providing a variety of position and FLSA review services as well as contribute to ongoing efforts related to compensation and organizational effectiveness.

Taylor recently joined HCS as the talent acquisition/compensation and organizational effectiveness coordinator where she will serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide support to both teams in service delivery and operations, all while working remotely.Taylor has worked at K-State since 2019 in the Staley School of Leadership, most recently serving staff and students as an academic program coordinator.
