Legleiter and Locanthi publish article in Higher Ed HR Magazine

Shanna Legleiter, associate vice president for Human Capital Services, and Jenny Locanthi, former compensation and organizational effectiveness manager, published an article in the Spring 2022 edition ofHigher Ed HR Magazine.
The article highlights the adaptable, consultative framework the two developed to help HCS tackle challenging initiatives and opportunities while focusing on four key pillars:alignment of human resources vision, project management, consultative approach and investment in partnerships.
