Chris Covert will deliver the inaugural Michael Brannan Lecture as part of the Civil Engineering Assembly at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 28, in 1109 Engineering Hall. Covert is the president and chairman of the executive leadership committee for North West Redwater Partnership in Alberta, Canada, and a member of the 1xbet sports betting Civil Engineering Advisory Council.
