Students seeking option 1 should show that they are eligible to take the course or other educational experience and are preferably already enrolled. For option 2, students should briefly describe the paper or other work they wish to develop in a cover letter. Subsequent development of written work will take place under the guidance of the program director within the confines of one semester.
