Bringing a wealth of international industry experience and multiple years as an AIB instructor educating industry professionals, Elisa Karkle has been named the new assistant professor of bakery 1xbet online games login and management in the grain 1xbet online games login and industry department at K-State.
Karkle will teach undergraduate courses such as Baking 1xbet online games login II, Bakery Plant Layout, and be responsible for the development of new courses which will expand our bakery 1xbet online games login curriculum and further the preparation of our students. Karkle has been working with K-State for several years on projects for the International Grains Program. She has a Bachelor of 1xbet online games login in human nutrition, a Master of 1xbet online games login in food 1xbet online games login and a doctorate in grain 1xbet online games login from Kansas State University with an emphasis on "better for you" snack foods.
After graduation, Karkle has focused on improving the delivery of school-based nutrition and nutrition curriculum in Brazilian grade schools.
