Phillips 66 Business Ethics Case Competition awards over ,000 to 1xbet online games login

The College of Business Administration recently awarded ,100 in scholarship money to 22 1xbet online games login who competed in the finals of the 2020 Phillips 66 Business Ethics Case Competition.

A total of 281 1xbet online games login representing 76 teams entered the competition, which was hosted by the college's Ethics and Responsible Business Citizenship Initiative and the Business Ethics Education Initiative.

Students were challenged to examine a real-world case and were responsible for analyzing the situation by applying appropriate ethical and strategic 1xbet online games login principles. In addition, the teams had to develop and justify a viable set of practical recommendations. After a contingent of faculty members in the 1xbet online games login department evaluated the initial written analyses, six teams were selected to compete in the final round where they presented their analysis and recommendations to a panel of judges. The final presentations were made virtually this year due to COVID-19 precautions.

"This competition provides a unique opportunity for our students to improve their analytical, decision-making and presentation skills," said Bill Turnley, Sam and Karen Forrer chair of business ethics and head of the 1xbet online games login department. "We had a strong set of finalists this year. The presentations were very thoughtful, with recommendations that were well justified and that appropriately balanced strategic and ethical concerns. We appreciate the support from Phillips 66 that makes this competition possible."

After the final presentations were evaluated, two teams ended up tied for first place. One of the teams that tied for first place was Bright Ideas Consulting, which included Catherine Brown, 1xbet online games login in accounting; Kensley Fleischer, 1xbet online games login in marketing; Kennady King, junior in entrepreneurship; and Britney Smith, 1xbet online games login in accounting. Taking home third place and 0 each was 3 Accounting Majors Walk into a Bar. This team was made up of Jared Haas, Kyle Reichart and Jesse Tracy, all seniors in accounting.
