Michal Zolkiewski to present Anatomy and Physiology Seminar
Michal Zolkiewski, professor and department head of biochemistry and molecular biophysics, will present "Repurposing the Inhibitors of an Anti-Tumor Target in Search for Novel Antimicrobials" at the nextAnatomy and Physiology Seminar at 4 p.m.Tuesday, Nov. 17, via Zoom, passcode A&P.
Zolkiewski's research areas of specialty include protein structure and function; protein folding, misfolding and aggregation; AAA+ ATPases in cellular physiology and pathogenesis; molecular chaperones and development of novel antimicrobials.
