TLC Professional Development event today
The first TLC Professional Development event of the semester is scheduled for today, Aug. 19. Don Saucier,faculty associate director of the 1xbet sports betting and Learning Center, will present"The 1xbet sports betting Persona: PEACE During COVID-19"from noon to 1 p.m.via Zoom.
1xbet sports betting personas are the ways teachers represent themselves when they teach. New — and even experienced — teachers may struggle with the characteristics they display while 1xbet sports betting as they attempt to craft their 1xbet sports betting identity. In our research examining the characteristics students want in their teachers, and those teachers strive to possess, we developed a model for the foundation of 1xbet sports betting personas. Our model is articulated by the acronym "PEACE." It identifies five characteristics that provide the foundation for 1xbet sports betting personas that produce positive experiences for teachers and students and enhance student learning: Preparation, Expertise, Authenticity, Caring and Engagement. Our model's simplicity and comprehensiveness make it ideal for reminding us to bring PEACE to our classrooms, andSaucier will discuss how to bring PEACE to our classes as we teach during COVID-19.
