Kansas State University and the city of Manhattan have partnered with LINK to launch an e-scooter share program this month as students return for the start of the fall semester.

The program will launch 150 e-scooters on Aug. 15, and depending on the public's response, could expand to up to 500 distributed across 1xbet sports betting 's Manhattan campus and the broader community.

Riders should also take extra safety precautions to stay safe from COVID-19: Bring disinfecting wipes to clean any high touch surfaces such as the grips, brakes and throttle; wear a face covering when not able to maintain 6-feet physical distance from other persons; and wash hands after riding a shared vehicle.
