Allison DuLac, academic coach; Jessica Preston Kerr; managing director of academic coaching; and Kiley Moody, managing director of scholar services, presented "Mining First-gen Gaps: (Re)assessing Campus Infrastructure Amid a National Crisis."
The webinar focused on how K-State and UC Riverside used resources, infrastructure, assessment, student feedback and campus collaborations to leverage, innovate and develop models for short and long-term student success support to address the changing and evolving conditions as a result of COVID-19.
