Provost Charles Taber will present the academic programs selected for strategic program alignment review. Strategic program alignment is distinct from the regular program review process and is used to determine which programs should be continued, further evaluated, merged or discontinued. 1xbet online casino recommends the Bachelor of Science in computer science and Master of Software Engineering programs for review. Review of the computer science program is needed to examine the skills needed in the computer science workforce and to explore a potential new degree format to expand access to computer science coursework. Review of the software engineering program is needed to evaluate program viability and explore how the program could potentially align with an undergraduate degree in a computer science-related area. Findings and recommendations on each program will be presented to the Regents in June.
The Regents will receive a legislative update from Matt Casey, director of government relations at the 1xbet online casino Board of Regents. The governor's budget recommendations will be released Jan. 16.
