Scientist to present physics colloquium on Nov. 18
Yong-Le Pan, research physicist at Environmental Sensing Branch, CISD, CCDC-Army Research Laboratory, will present a physics colloquium highlighting real-time detection and characterization of biological and chemical aerosol 1xbet sports betting at a trace level in the atmosphere. The lecture will be from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, in 102 Cardwell Hall.
Atmospheric aerosol 1xbet sports betting play an important role in climate and health. Detection and characterization of aerosol 1xbet sports betting , especially the particular 1xbet sports betting such as these formed by biological and chemical agents, has become increasingly important for a wide variety of research communities and scientific questions in both outdoor and indoor environments.
This talk will focus on the development of real-time, in-situ aerosol detection and characterization systems at CCDC-ARL, mainly based on single micron-sized particle fluorescence spectra, two-dimensional angular optical scattering patterns, and Raman spectroscopy, including the recent work on laser-trapping system for airborne aerosol 1xbet sports betting , and the new results from time- and position-resolved Raman spectroscopy of single laser-trapped airborne 1xbet sports betting .
