Professor's 'The Earl Project' veterans 1xbet online casino exhibition opens Sunday in Lindsborg

"The Earl Project," a workshop and exhibition of mixed media works by veterans, soldiers and their families created byGeraldine Craig, professor of 1xbet online casino at K-State will be presented by the Bethany College Department of 1xbet online casino and Mingenback 1xbet online casino Gallery in Lindsborg.
"The Earl Project" exhibition opening reception is 4-5:30 p.m. Sunday, June 16, at theMingenback 1xbet online casino Gallery. Jim Turner, photographer, Bethany College photography instructor and veteran, will participate by photographing veterans and their families during the exhibition opening reception. There is no cost and it is open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
The free 1xbet online casino workshop for veterans, soldiers and family members is from 1-4 p.m. June 16.
The Earl Project 1xbet online casino workshops invites veterans, military members and their families to creatively share their stories of service. Specifically, participants utilize a variety of "burn-out" techniques that require no previous 1xbet online casino experience. Workshops participants are encouraged to bring in personal items that represent their experience in the military, such as photos, documents, letters, and used clothing. People can use techniques involving photocopies, fire, bleaching and printmaking to make a collage. The collage works are photocopied onto fabric and veterans can take the work home and add it to a community war stories cloth scroll referencing the Bayeux Tapestry.
