A total of 15 sessions/workshops were presented.

The overall purpose of these sessions was designed to offer theoretical and practical foundations for student-learning assessment to redefine institutional effectiveness of Taiwanese institutions of higher education and to promote direction toward continual improvement. Future collaboration will guide pedagogical adjustments and opportunities for international research on teaching, learning and assessment.
