1xbet online sports betting Writers' Workshop now accepting applications for June program
Do you know eighth-, ninth- or 10th-grade students who love to write? Encourage them to sign up for the sixth annual 1xbet online sports betting Writers' Workshop, June 24-28.
Sponsored by the English department in the College of Arts and Sciences, with support from the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art, the Young Writers' Workshop provides five days of creative writing workshops with the guidance of experienced 1xbet online sports betting faculty and graduate students.
Enrollment is free but limited to 15 students to ensure close attention to students' creative work.
This year's 1xbet online sports betting will build on the success of the previous five workshops and feedback from its participants.
"We are excited about our sixth season of the 1xbet online sports betting Writers Workshop, and we look forward to another fun and eye-opening week," said Katy Karlin, associate professor of English and program director. "Once again, middle school-aged writers will have the chance to meet published authors, explore the beautiful Beach Museum of Art, and work on their own poetry and fiction with experienced instructors and like-minded peers."
Exit surveys from the 2018 class of 1xbet online sports betting writers support Karlin's assessment: 93 percent of participants agreed or strongly agreed that the instructors were encouraging and helpful, while 100 percent enjoyed having the Beach Museum of Art as their home for the week.
"With the support of our alumni donors Helen and Duke Dupre and the co-sponsorship of the Beach Museum of Art, we are pleased to offer 1xbet online sports betting writers the opportunity to develop their creativity and practice their craft," said Karin Westman, department head of English. "We greatly appreciate this investment in the arts and humanities and in the 1xbet online sports betting writers of Kansas."
