Many of us view confrontation and conflict as negative and something to be avoided; however, with skills and practice, we can feel confident engaging in difficult 1xbet sports betting . This interactive presentation is designed to increase your confidence and skills in effective communication about difficult workplace situations. This two-hour session will include information, discussions, role plays and other interactive activities.
By the end of the training, supervisors and managers will be better able to:
- Identify their own fears/discomfort with confrontation or conflict.
