As part of the Oz to Oz program, Kansas State University will welcome Paul Howard, 2017 Fulbright professional scholar, to campus 1xbet online casino 9-10. The Office of Pre-Law Advising is acting as his campus host.
Howard is a judge with the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and currently chairs the Lawasia Judicial Section Coordinating Committee. From 2009 to 2012 he chaired the Strategic Directions Committee Federal Circuit Court of Australia. He was educated at St. Joseph's College in Brisbane, where he currently resides.

He conducts research aimed at improving access to justice in the Australian federal trial courts by reducing court delays through reformation of the funding process for the Judicial branch of the Australian government. His research plans to include a study of the United States' budgetary process through visits with participants and stakeholders in the U.S. system and observation of hearings conducted by the Congressional Appropriations Committees.
Howard has prepared several papers, including "Practice and Procedure in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia," which was delivered to the Queensland Law Society Symposium in June 2013. "Roam around the World: The International Relocation of Children" was delivered at the 2009 Lawasia Conference in Singapore. The following year, "Hurry Up and Mediate" was delivered at the same conference in New Delhi, India.
