Legislative update
This week begins the ninth week of the 13 weeks of the regular Kansas Legislative Session.
The Senate Ways and Means Higher Education Subcommittee heard testimony from the Kansas Board of Regents on the governor's budget recommendations for higher education on March 5. The recommendations contained no changes for 1xbet online sports betting 's budget from the appropriations bill, which was passed in the 2017 Kansas Legislative session.
