The Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA/ADAAA, How to Manage Accommodation Requests, WTD076,will be offeredfrom 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, March 2, in the Edwards Hall commons area.

As a result of this session, participants will:
- Describe the interplay between essential functions, medical restrictions, and reasonable accommodation under ADA/ADAAA.
- Identify reasonable accommodation request and when it is appropriate to initiate an interactive discussion for such requests.
- Interpret policy and procedures and discuss confidentiality, timeframe and documentation.
This course is offered in conjunction with the Introduction to Supervision, WTD077,series. Seating is limited.
