Mental Wellness Week: Speaker Brent Scarpo to present 'The Dog that Saved My Life'
Brent Scarpo, speaker and life coach will be on campus with his dog Sophie to present, "The Dog that Saved My Life," at7 p.m.Sept. 21 in theCottonwood Room of the 1xbet best casino website Student Union. Tables also will be in Bosco Student Plaza from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Scarpowas immobilized by depression until he met Sophie, the dog. Battling against suicidal thoughts and addiction, Scarpofound happiness again with the help of his unique companion. Focusing on depression, mental illness, addiction and suicide, Scarpowill share his very personal story and journey of how he came out stronger.
