Week three of the Movement Challenge is in progress. Movement and exercise do not have to be boring or mundane. Add some excitement to your normal routine by playing a game with friends or family. This could be an organized game or even playing catch while enjoying the beautiful September weather this weekend. Whatever you choose to do, make it fun for all involved.
