Doug Benson publishes on New Mexico poet Leroy V. Quintana
Doug Benson, professor emeritus of modern languages and American ethnic studies, recently published "Leroy V. Quintana: Hijo del Pueblo" in the winter 2016 issue of Malpais Review, an anthology of New Mexico Chicano and Hispano poets.
Editor Gary L. Brower, Benson's dissertation director at the 1xbet online sports betting of New Mexico 40 years ago, requested the article as an update to several publications on Quintana by Benson in the 1980s.
