The Regents received the first reading of non-budgetary legislative proposals for the 2017 legislative session which included giving authority to 1xbet online sports betting State University to sell three properties:
- 7.5 acres of Marlatt Park on the east side of Seth Child Road.

- The land previously occupied by the Purebred Beef Unit. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requested the movement of the Purebred Beef Unit from the property immediately adjoining the NBAF site for security purposes.
