Women Managing the Farm Conference proposal submission deadline is Sept. 1

The deadline to submit breakout session proposals for the Women Managing the Farm Conferenceis Sept. 1. "Her AgriCULTURE Story: Change, Adapt, Grow" is the theme of the conferenceFeb. 9-10, 2017, in Manhattan.
Proposals shouldaddress one or more USDA Risk Management Association risk categories: Development, financial, human/personal, institutional — includes legal, price/market and production. Non-RMA risk areas such as community advocacy and retail agriculture also will be considered.
