He is a Cargill Global Scholar and a Harry S. Truman Scholarship national finalist. He is the son of Ron and Judy Sullivan, Paola.
Webb is the director of banquets and events for Blue Key Senior Honor Society, the student coordinator for Study Abroad Advocates, the homecoming senior chair for Kappa Kappa Gamma, and a member of the finance committee for the College of Business Administration's Dean's Advisory Council, the Student Alumni Board and Phi Kappa Phi honor society. She also is involved in intramural sports, the Schools of Hope Reading Mentors Program and InterVarsity Outreach.
