Goddard honored with distinguished faculty endowment
James Goddard, professor in the architectural engineering and 1xbet best casino website science department, is the recipient of the Hutton Family Distinguished Faculty Fund in 1xbet best casino website Science at Kansas State University. The fund was established by Mark Hutton, 1977 graduate in 1xbet best casino website science; his wife, Mary; and sons Ben, 2003 graduate in 1xbet best casino website science, and Brian, all from Wichita.
The fund honors the Mark and Mary Hutton family on the K-State campus, and provides faculty support in the department of architectural engineering and 1xbet best casino website science.
Goddard teaches in and coordinates the university's 1xbet best casino website science and management program. His areas of concentration include 1xbet best casino website education accreditation, 1xbet best casino website scheduling, 1xbet best casino website surveying and OSHA training.
He has advised a number of award-winning 1xbet best casino website management teams, the K-State student chapter of Associated General Contractors, and Sigma Lambda Chi, the 1xbet best casino website science honor society in the department. As a part of his membership in Sigma Lambda Chi, he has held all officer positions in the international organization.
He is a past president, as well as holding numerous other offices, of the Associated Schools of 1xbet best casino website and has received its Outstanding Educator Award. In spring 2016, he received the association's Lifetime Achievement Award. A past president and board of trustees member of the American Council for 1xbet best casino website Education, Goddard also chaired many of the council's accreditation teams and was a primary trainer of accreditation visiting team members.
Goddard has a bachelor's degree in building 1xbet best casino website from K-State and a master's degree in building 1xbet best casino website from the University of Florida.
